I attended a safety induction course to brief all the new MMHE staffs on the hazards in site and also all the safety precautions that needed to be practice daily. Besides that, I also had a test at the end of day. Those who failed in the test are banned from entering site and required to resit the course and retake the test again.
After attended the course, I had realized that the awareness of safety is highly required by anyone who are entering site. A small mistake might bring a person to serious injury or death.
